    So Fookin expensive. Beaches.
Yup, O2 sensor is not cheap :p

Btw, did you guys do the first engine oil change @ 5k km check or before that? Also, is there any written directive from Pak Suzuki to 3S dealers about engine warranty void if customer uses a non Pak Suzuki oil? Its quite idiotic if something like that exists, lets sue PS

I did first change at 3175, then at 5000, then 15,000, 20,000. I did mine early- new engine Use Mineral till 5000km, then oil of your choice, Mineral, Semi or fully synthetic!
Nope- Warranty doesn't get void by using other oils than Shitzuki oils. They are just scaring you. I got it confirmed via Manager
When I told them that they use Oil from local pumps, Re-label them for much more monies than their actual worth- " Han, they blend it specifically for our cars" - Biggest LOL moment ever.
Btw, when does o2 sensor give up? Is it possible to clean it?

I know they're just scaring because I will ask for a written directive when I go for 5k km check up , was just asking here before hand if anything like that exists

Regarding O2, you'll know when your fuel mileage goes ****. Generally after >100-150K km it might not go dead, instead it can become lazy overtime.

Lol, everyone is badmash now a days. I have a quarrel everytime with security guard- He doesn't let me through without a Gate Pass, so I have to print a new one which has no meaning and then he becomes happy. Spent 30 minutes waiting for the workers to return back from break....:/

Brother can you please share the contact info of the Zic shop in Pindi/ISB and its price?

Our Swift auto is also approaching for 5K km check up and I'm thinking of using Zic instead of SGO.

BTW Zic XQ is better or Zic A+?

Could anyone mention the complete list of changes between DX and DLX model? And also, how much time PakSuzuki takes for delivery these days?. How much time it took you guys to get your car delivered? and usually how much you've to pay at the time of booking?

Took me approx. 6 or 7 days, cannot remember. There isn't any own/premium, so no worries. For Faisalabad, only pay 15,000-16,000 transporting charges- they will quote 20,000+.

Differences between DX&DLX- I will mention features that are not available in DX, but DLX has.

Body coloured door handles& Side mirrors
No option to change the view of side mirrors using the electric knob. It has to be done manually.
    No FF foglights
    No ABS
    No alloy rims
    No Bridge stone Turanza tires
    Only 2 speakers
    Black grill rather than Chrome

And, I think you can book car by just paying 10,000-15,000 Rupees. I have seen Cultus being booked with only 10,000 Advance/Token.

Thanks, DLX seems like a better choice. By the way, from where did you purchase yours? Lyallpur motors or the one on Sargodha road?

Importantly DLX also has immobilizer and keyless entry. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Zic XQ is way better, its fully synthetic. It has reduced engine noise as well.

I have heard that there are some problems with Lyallpur. I got mine from Burj which is on Canal Road.

FYI, there is another showroom opened- Iqbal Stadium. It's called Burj as well

Guys, i bought a DLX three months back. Quite recently i noticed the pick up and acceleration has become slow and the pick up becomes even heavier when i turn on the AC. Also, my fuel economy is really bad, it gives me hardly 8-9km/liter.

    Any advice?

    Please let us know;
    Which engine oil
What's the air pressure in tires
When was the last tuning done and what was performed

    Check this;
Air filter- if dirty, get it cleaned using pressurized air. If it's still dirty and lost it's color, replace it.

    Do this;
    Keep RPM under 2500
Try to hypermile as much as you can
Keep tire pressure 33 front, 30 back. I personally keep 34 front and 31 back.
When starting on cold engine, let it idle for 30 seconds, then drive the car slowly and gently- When Idling, you get 0 km/l. Do your best to keep RPM's as low as possible, but avoid lugging the engine i.e don't change to 3rd at 20km/h.
Most damage to engine is at startup and when revving cold engine.

Share the method you use to calculate fuel average- I am astonished to see that low fuel average!

Last, but not least, Mubarik and MashAllah on new car, welcome on board SS club

You will have to call Suzuki dealership and confirm. They might give it on special bookings.

The tyre pressure is 30 in all tyres. The car has done 2800 KMs, the last check-up was scheduled by Pak Suzuki at 1000 KMs -- i don't know if it was just checkup or they tune as well.

The engine oil and everything was stock, the one that comes with the new vehicle.

Just to add one important aspect, whenever i refuel, i always put 1000 Rupees hi-octane along with Super. But still the pick up is so bad and the acceleration is really heavy, and even more heavy/slow when i put the AC on.

Get it checked by suzuki dealership your average is way to bad my last month fuel average is slightly more than 15KM/L that too with partly AC on. Swift has a great pick and AC makes no difference on pick as it got a powerful engine!

I will get it checked by the dealer on Saturday. I have noticed Swift's drive is a bit heavy? Is it true for all swifts?

Also, how much liters is the tank when the reserve lights turns on?

The engine oil and everything was stock, the one that comes with the new vehicle.

Just to add one important aspect, whenever i refuel, i always put 1000 Rupees hi-octane along with Super. But still the pick up is so bad and the acceleration is really heavy, and even more heavy/slow when i put the AC on.
First of all- Wrong Tire pressure. It's stated on your drivers doorjamb, the ideal pressure with no load and with load.

Second of all- Your gaddi is still considered zero meter. A new car will eat a lot of fuel due to breaking in the engine and ECU learning your habits. After 5000km, watch the magic.

3rd- Fuel average is calculated like this- Refill tank to the full using Auto-stop/Trip function on pump. After that, don't fill 1 ml of petrol, just tell them to leave it. Drive until low on fuel, go to same pump, refill using the same method. Divide KM driven by Liters refilled. Voila, there you have your average!

For your question about Reserve fuel- Approx. 7 liters.
Turbo lag is like foreplay. You know it's coming. And it's gonna be good.

My swift has 8,500km on odo and there's a problem with its front speakers. The speakers are working but the sound is not of the quality as it was before. Like awaz phattii hui a rhi hai. Is there any way I could get it replaced or repaired under warranty? I know suzuki says ni warranty for electric parts but the car did not even cover 10,000km and its speakers are having issues :/ . Rest is great I just love the drive :-D
