Did some research and googled some stuff. Ended with this.
Swift has a OBD2 like connector but Suzuki doesnt follow international OBD2 protocols. Suzuki has its own protocol aka SDL.
This is the link if anyone is interested in reading.
    Serial Data Link

Im not sure, but I think the scanner tool that works with suzuki is called "Vetronix Tech2"

Nice work, there are many protocols and only suzuki can tell which one they are using for Swift, I have emailed suzuki Japan for this information, let us see if they reply or not.

I emailed rhinopower people about suzuki swift interface with picture and they replied below, can anyone answer this so that the issue can be solved :

"Can you get any connection with the ECU using the ELM tool? From the image that you supplied it looks like you have a CANBus interface but there is also a pin in the ISO9141 position (pin 7). Do you have hyperterminal or a similar terminal emulator programme? if you do then you can send commands to the ECU manually to determine if it is OBD1 or OBD2.
Suzuki ECUs from 2001 up until CANBus was introduce typically use a protocol called SDL/KWP which is a proprietary implementation of KWP2000 and require a Suzuki dealer tool, I do have a tool in development but I am writing a new software package and that takes some time".

    You can contact them at

As far as I can tell he is talking about writing your own program to get data from OBD port of suzuki. Thats too high end and will require professional programmer to connect a BUS to the port and communicate with through a computer.
Therefore, In simple words THere is NO way ELM can work in a Suzuki

Engine oil change interval depends on type of oil you are using, normally it is changed after 3000, however if you use fully synthetic oil like zic xq 5w40 then you can change after 6000-7000.

    Hi all,

its really good to see swift owners club here. I am planning to buy swift in the coming next month. One thing that bothers me when seeing various swifts on road is its low rear suspension which looks abit unbalanced with front suspension. Why is this thing and does this thing gives any problem in driving n stuff ???

Can someone clear my confusion pl ?

    Regards

Naseer, this is one of the biggest blunders done by PakSuzuki.
I don't know why or how they did it, but they made this mistake.

Instead of consciously calculating and raising the height of the car, they just jacked the front up by one whole damn inch.

Apart from the looks, it doesn't make much of a difference in normal and even preppy everyday driving.

However, I've driven mine around 80,000kms now and I've experimented quite a bit with the suspension, and even an inch of lowering improves the cornering and the braking and overall road grip by an incredible margin. I also put in lowering springs once and that was a 2.5 inch drop and I don't lie when I say that the control was such that the car would remain rooted to the road and I'd fall here and there inside.

But all of the above is when the car is pushed to its limits, and when u can put up with the discomfort and hardness of a lowered suspension as well scraping the underside at every speedbreaker. For normal driving with only occasional aggression, it is very inconvenient and annoying.

Also, when aligning the car using computers and sensors, the default input is of *Swift 2WD 04-09 15-16"*. This setting does not account for the one inch raise and although this makes very little observable difference in daily driving, perfectionists like me remain sore over the offset.

In normal, usual, daily driving of any style, the raise front doesn't make much of a difference apart from looks and is actually good for ground clearance- my Swift on stock settings clears everything easily whereas my brother's Vitz scrapes its underside everywhere.

    Hope this helps :-)
