Is this pearl red? It looks better than my pearl red swift that for a minute, I thought I should go for this color when I realised I already own a dirtier version of this :p

This is pearl red. It just looks different because its detailed! B)
Don't buy two cars of the same colour, trust me, you'll get fed up at one point.
Try detailing it, it will look even better than mine inshAllah!

Yes. I'm going to stay away from red. It's dark blue for now.
But I don't think the swift auto will be easily available since the demand is very low.
So it will take three weeks as the suzuki dealerships state.
    Let's see.

Btw, excellent job on keeping your car top notch from day one.

Sometimes I just want to trade in old swift and pay a bit extra for a new Auto one
    I love hatchbacks

No doubt a new car is the best thing to buy if you dont want a headache sourcing parts, etc...
But the JDM swift is auto and delivers power equal to the manual one.

    Try driving a JDM one.

    Salam everyone,
I am new in this thread actually i have booked my swift in black yesterday.
My little bro owns one in white before. It will be highly appreciated if you guys
help me out with some things which i want to know.
I want to buy some stuff for my swift in ISB/RWP so
    1. Best shop to buy branded rims like bbs, advanti etc.
    2. Best shop to buy suspention kit (coilovers used obviously new one are way too expensive for me)
    3. Best shop to buy branded bodykit.
also plz tell me make and model of coilovers which are best suitable for swift

Kindly donnt waste money ! Only install tyres and rims as they will last long if u want entertainment than a good sound system with dvd player. As swift has already sportish looks i will not recommend u any other modification.

i understand that it is a 4 gear auto tranny and is not going to be very fuel efficient , but this will be solely used for city driving whereas the current swift (https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/mem...ence-new-swift) can be taken on long drives.

here's the color we have chosen (sorry @Yawar538) for stealing your lovely cars picture. your thread (https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/car...build-yawar538) inspired my family to go for this color.

hopefully we shall get the car within a few days. the suzuki dealerships say it will take up to a month but being a typical Pakistani family, we can't wait and want it as soon as we have paid for it

so be prepared for a detailed preview of the swift auto. I shall compare RPMs at various speeds and see at what speed the auto swifts RPM starts to rise drastically giving horrible mileage and other extra maintenance costs as well.

WHY ARE WE GOING FOR SUCH AN EXPENSIVE SUZUKI
some of you might be wondering at the extent of our stupidity. well, there's a plan behind this madness:

    1. JDM's are out.. therefore vitz is out. i owned a JDM and after a year it became a pain(https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/mem...-daihatsu-move)

    2. the honda city is due for a replacement in 2015 (that's what we have heard )so that's out.

    3. toyota will of course disappoint us with not offering much in their reasonably priced cars (so i will be without ABS, immobiliser, etc)

    4. i have had an amazing experience of the current manual swift, which we intend to replace with the new city next year

Welcome to Swift auto club. We have one at home in white color and its going good. Mileage varies between 12 to 13kmpl but as auto its fine.
