    Dear,

If you are getting 12 + then it is OK, you can check all the stats through OBD tool in suzuki workshop.

Its Chinese. Seen the same model for retailing around 20k+. The sound quality is pathetic and all crap. They have just changed the color schemes. Personally tested the unit yesterday

Any scene for the Alpine unit?

    Hello Members!
I have a brand new swift - just clocked 2010 Kms!
The fuel consumption patterns are averaging around 10.5 Kms/ltr, and my car's running rich on HOBC, so i tried the premier pg now, lets see what happens....
Just recently iv'e changed the oil with a semi synthetic SM (10W-40) and put in iridium plugs - The result is instantaneous, smoother engine noise! Although it is still a snail till 3500 rpm and then becomes a rabbit after that! I'll go take my car on the motorway this weekend, that'll help my engine breath a little too!
I'll share the consumption on the route stretch as well as in the city once i'm back!

I'm a loyal and an extremely satisfied client of Suzuki Mini Motors Lahore, and IF the fuel economy remains the same"which will be a shame" - What should one do to check if everything is in order or not?

is it the right level or less?
and which brand is best for swift? please advise Suzuki Swift Owners Club -1143407Suzuki Swift Owners Club -1143408

Bro the level of the oil in fine - i just recently changed my oil and a whole 4 litre pack was consumed to come to the Max level!
The recommended oils are also mentioned in the user manual - In Lahore driving conditions (extreme weathers, dust, break to acceleration ratios) id'e recommend you put in SM 10W-40 (preferably a semi synthetic) - Also, keep your oil change intervals and oil filter changes to 5000 kms, and keep in mind- Always when you switch to a new oil, change it after 2500-3000 kms the first time so that 2nd time around the engine recognizes it's properties and performs at optimum level.
If you see the colour of your oil changing, this means it's doing its job properly! (the odor of the oil is a whole new story, it should not smell burnt). I changed the oil of my swift just 2 days back and it's only clocked 2010 kms, the oil was perfectly fine but wasn't performing well under my driving style (engine had a a very heavey khichi hoyi rattle).

I use PSO's Carient Ultra (SM-10W40) Semi Synthetic, iv'e been using it since the past 4 years and it easily can withstand our conditions and still hold it's lubricating properties even after 7000 Kms - but i change it at 5000 kms just to be safe. Also, It's made with a group 4 base oil which can give any oil with the similar grades a run for their buck any given day of the week and only costs around Rs.2000/4 litres!

Which iridium plugs you use ? I would recommend to use fully syntheitc oil, i use ZIC XQ 5W40 and it is giving very good performance and mileage is above 12.5 Km/l even with AC. So try this oil.Mileage should improve after 5000, too early to worry about it.

Don't. I would suggest if you want Navigation get a Chinese tablet and install Sygic maps on it. Works perfectly. It will also cater to your video and you audio needs. Cheapest solution. Otherwise DX users can exploit their console to get a DVD Installed

3 pre-outs don't come in this range plus this was a factory bolt on bolt fit. Always costs more
Normal 2 din player with 3 pre-outs would easily go above 15k.

Aoa guysHope everyone is doing fine. Just a small query. I own a swift, 2011 model, 23900kms driven till now. The car has been properly maintained from suzuki. I have just started to feel the performance of AC has decreased. The cooling has reduced. Ac cabin filter is clean and perfect. Can anyone shed some light on this issue. Or is the AC fine, its just me?

Have your car inspected from authorised Suzuki technicians. They will measure the cool air temperature and the results will determine the condition.
