I have Blaupunkts in the back. The door ones are set to not produce any bass.

I don't have a setup per se. Just a different pre and speakers. You should browse pakwheels, there's some pretty good stuff around

Cleaning is an easy thing to do firstly wrap up the ECU use a brush by which u can reach tight places....after wash let it dry...the spray a little diesel on the engine only and make sure u get the lower sections......don't spray water all over the area only the engine itself use a blower to clear the dust off the wiring......

in karachi found it for around 2000 (unbargained price) but the quality was pathetic. it was the same thing as the person posted in the pictures, stitched leather type material on the top.

check brake pads, the sound is usually of the ABS but if its metal vs. metal type get it thoroughly checked.

NEVER do this. EVER. Washing the engine bay and under body and then spraying with diesel etc is a sure shot way to ruin your car.
Do NOT let foolish service station people do it.
Please browse through pakwheels to get further details about why spraying diesel and washing engine bay is so harmful for your car. New Swift specifically carry stickers in the engine bay to prevent engine wash.

Please have mercy on your car.

About centre console, it cost around 1500rs and it isn't really good quality, but it matches with my seats and gives me more space and an arm rest. So I'm fine with it.
Genuine ones that I was getting off eBay were costing 7000rs easily. But the quality was assured.

This one doesn't really have a sturdy fit. There is play, a lot of play.

Regarding brakes, if its a squeaky metal on metal sound, u need new brake pads.
If there's vibration, u either need alignment or brake disc tooling from a proper machine, NOT erosion with sandpaper.
If its moisture, your brakes will have a heavy metallic "grunch" sort sound when u brake at slow speeds or to a stop.
If u brake hard, and the brakes disengage and re-engage with grinding sounds, that is your ABS.

Please change brake pads and get brake service regularly, and avoid washing the wheels thoroughly with water. Clean tyres with a brush and rinse lightly and clean alloys with a cloth. (There are a million high quality products available to make your wheels shine.) Regularly check brake oil level.
Brake fluid flush and replace at every 40,000kms.

Regular maintenance is the key. Don't wait for your car to break down :-)

^^ Brake pads should not be changed at 3000, as they will be new. Such sound usually comes after rains and then goes away. I think get them checked and sound should go away after sometime.

Also, if you are in a city like Karachi where humidity is high, it takes longer to go away.

I have discovered another problem in my swift. Last week, there was a foul smell in the car like wet carpet. After some investigation, discovered that there was water under the spare wheel. Actually the place where spare wheel is kept was almost half filled with water. Removed the spare wheel, cleaned the water, but there was no drainage place there. It is all sealed. So i thought that some water must have spilled from a bottle etc...After one week, and driving in heavy rain, again today discovered that place is filled with water. And actually, this time the carpet behind the driver seat is also damp.

Now the interesting thing is that there are no rubber on drainage holes from where water might have seeped in. The place is all sealed. The only conclusion that i can draw is that the seals are leaking. I will send photos later also.

Please let me know if some one else has faced this problem

I got the service done at each 5000, furthermore I don't press the brakes hard rather I anticipate and slow the car with minimum use of brakes, this technique also saves fuel
