Thumbs up Installing CNG on Suzuki Swift with Lambda Control system LC 01

I would like to share my exp of installing CNG kit in Swift

I thank to the person who has mentioned about the LR authorized dealer in <st1:place title=" - st1place alt" alt=" border=" 0?>Islamabad, I went to there office and on inquiring they told me that LR is manufacturing a dedicated box for swift which includes all the essential parts for CNG

They took 1 week for delivery of box from Karachi to Islamabad, I took the box and cylinder from them that includes

LR CNG Kit
LR Emulator LR27
LR Advancer STAP 600
LR LAMBDA control system LC 01
Venturi – Specially designed for swift by LR
All the wiring, gauge, nuts, bolt, pipe each and everything
LR Pen and key chain (Complementary Gift)
Dealer told me that there is only one workshop in pindi – <st1:City w:st="[/IMG]<st1:place">Islamabad that is PAKISTAN CNG in I-9 which install lambda system and it is also recommended by LR itself.

[FONT=/>

I took the cylinder and box to him and they install everything in 4 hours and took 2k for stand which is specially designed for swift without doing any drill holes etc and 4.5K for installation.

The pick on petrol is reduced to 8% because of the weight of cylinder and air blockage by venturi, on CNG pick has reduced to 15% as compared to petrol, moreover I can easily accelerate the car in 2nd gear with rpm 5 along with AC. Overall I am very satisfied by the pick and drive on CNG

All the settings are done computerized by LR software and through LC 01, there is no problem of check light at all as all of the sensors are controlled by LC 01.

Mileage will be shared later as I have just installed a day before.

Finally got some pictures...

I have recently installed CNG Landi Ranzo Kit in Suzuki Swift DX, the kit which is installed is non lamda sensor,
Problem which i am facing is that my car is not going above 110 km/hr on gas and 120km/hr on petrol.
I tried tuneup , plugs change and air filter changed but still problem remains.

Is the problem arises because of Advancers and Emulators?

Is there any involvement of gas kit, advancer and emulator when car is running on petrol.

Note: Overall car pick is fine at speed of 80km/hr car rpm is 3100 rpm and gear 4th.

Yahoo!!!! Installed NGK Iridium Spark Plugs in My Suzuki Swift DX.

After alot of research on internet and checking pricing today I decided to go for it.
As I live in Rawalpindi so the best place for NGK Iridium Plugs is Sadar so checked lot of shops then I went to Gawal-Mendi,

I think that is the best shop by the name of "Nadar Suzuki Autos" on shop there is an old uncle so nice and give right advise as he got Desno and NGK, all varities are available i want to but NGK Laser Spark Plugs but he convince me to go for Iridium.

Now comes pricing at Sadar price varies from Rs.3800/- to Rs.5000/-
I also checked in Lahore the price at Seghal Autos is Rs.2800/-

So in short i purchased NGK Iridium x 4 for Rs.3000/- with installation, which I think is quite reasonable.

Now my car is running smooth and at low RPM is awesome.

I have also installed the same setup in my jdm 1.3 auto, but today after completing 50kms on my 1st gas cylinder the check engine light came on...

After that that car started vibrating and stalled only once, now the check engine light is still on what should be the culprit???

Advancer is the culprit check it out or there must be some loose connection
