That's one lovely car you have there. I don't see any scratches in the pics. If it looks good in pictures, it will look good in real as well do post interior pictures when you get it back.
Will you be willing to dish a few extra lacs out (presuming your current car sells for 13-14, I don't know the rates.. Just a wild guess) to buy the same car which will definitely be inferior in quality and specs (lacking airbags, multimedia buttons steering)? Plus as you stated, this isn't going to be light on fuel either.
I was in your situation when I sold my 660 cc jdm and the pkdm wagon R had just come out. The wagon R was good, but not good enough to replace a jdm. So i opted for a bigger pkdm instead since I wanted a new car.
I would suggest you go for the new 1300 cc corolla (if you're willing to compromise on security and safety) , wait for the upcoming honda city (again you will have your fingers crossed hoping for them to offer immobiliser and an auto which is well mated to the engine - heard the current city's auto isn't that good) or buy a nice jdm by personally importing one - you've got a nice car currently so I'm sure you will be able to find a trouble - free used jdm.
