^ I always wanted to get Yokohama, but was not able to get them in 12"
then had to go for ECO
I would prefer Eco over 490 anyday
Eco is more polyester so it doesnot loses its shape if hit hard in bumps etc

The manual says 4.3 litre is the total capacity of the cooling mixture
get your radiator drained and fill it with a soulution of water with coolant in 60~40 ratio and let the engine run for it to mix completely

    Salam all,
    Help needed here
The AC was giving a bit of problems,
got it checked and found that the compressor seal is leaked,
now Im left with 2 options.
Either to replace the seal which will cost me around 1500
or replace the condensor with a new one which may cost around 15~18k (Denso) New One,
Currently it is running the Denso one which came factory fitted and Im more inclined towards getting a new one rather then getting the seal replaced in this one.
The options Im getting are Denso,Sanden and Success
Anyone who has used Sanden Compressor in his Khyber?
    Your suggestions,opinions are required.

Oh and I forgot to mention that the Sanden on will be rotary compressor and the Denso one "current setup" is piston type compressor,
I would like to know what are the advantages of a rotary compressor over a piston compressor?
I have heard that rotary tech reduces load on the engine while running the AC and the car feels not that much heavy while running the AC?

    Assalam-o-Alaikum to all,

I would like some help regarding AC of khyber. In normal use the engine never gets hot but whenever i use AC the car gets hot. The radiator and airconditioner have been serviced and i have put caltex coolant aswell but still same problem.

Secondly, after using AC if i stop and turn the ignition off, the car doesn't want to start again as if the battery went dead.

So i think there is an electrical problem as well which may be causing the heating of the engine and the drain of battery, both problems might be linked but i've got it checked from so many people and no one has been able to find the real cause of it.

The AC is not factory fitted and i use 2 power amps in my car so i thought maybe alternator is not able to produce this much power, got it checked and that was the case therefore got it replaced to a 60A one as well.

Still the problem of heating is there. Any suggestions?

I read that post and did get the radiator checked when i got it serviced, but they say its perfectly fine and does not need to be replaced.

Secondly, i don't trust these kabli guys and if i have to change the radiator, which one should i get?

@daniyalahmad........bro i think success is much better than denso!though its name sounds a lil awkward but its cooling is really awesome!i bought its compressor 2 years back from lahore and it cost me 6000rs for compressor and 1000rs for brackets rest all the stock fittings were attached to it!this compressor runs with R134a gas.it puts minimum load on the cars engine and like all standard sedans its ac gets on and off after every 7-10 minutes! even in 48C its performance was good enough to relax the rear seat members.i think you should go for it!best of luck!remember its far better than sanden!
