I hope you are considering the fact that a German saloon which you will buy for 3 Million today will depreciate twice per year than Civic. Also the fact that such a Car will be 10 Years old and no matter what the quality, 10 years old parts in the car tend to give a lot of surprises.
Surprises which you're simply not ready for and a single visit to the workshop ends up into a 6 figure bill.
Next comes the regular maintenance which again for a live example let me give you a comparison: C class 2007 Brake pads front and rear cost 32k while the last amount I spent on my 9th Gen Brake pads was 18k.
So kindly please add the depreciation+surprises+maintainence to the cost of the so called charming 10 Years old German saloon that you are considering as an alternative. I assure you would be somewhere the price of a Cultus or Mehran poorer compared to Civic. Now this may be okay for some people who wouldn't mind losing money this way but for those who at the back of their head have to keep their bread and butter plus finances at the back of head. The situation may not be ideal
