Regarding steering controls, what all button/touch options are available on it internationally for the 10th gen and what exactly is Atlas stripping off in models here (please identify if different controls in different models locally)?
Furthermore, 9th Gen's iMid was different but spectacular in its own right. What is Atlas doing about iMid in the 10th gen, i.e. is it there and what is being added/removed from it?
Also, to me, car feature segregation seems odd this time. Earlier, there used to be transmission based segregation with common engine. e.g. hardtops shared all features (except transmission) and Oriel shared all features (except transmission). This time, the transmission is auto only but different (going by gear panel and paddle shifters) alongside the engines (old 1.8 and new 1.5). IMHO, I reckon, taking transmission to be equal (as in no manual, but only auto), the features should have been same but segregation should have been based on engine capacity. Unnecessary items like leather seating, different navigation have been made standard in Turbo to justify its absurd cost whereas they should have been better off left as options. Is Atlas appeasing certain suppliers at the cost of consumer choice and interest?
What do people here think as to the motivation for this weird feature set and mandatory features in specific trims and what would have been the optimal trim options for various variants?
