Atlas is already in deep trouble and they are baffled over the production of massive Turbo units which people have ordered. They wanted Turbo to be have a limited clientele but tentative bookings have exceeded their expectations and capacity for production of Turbo. As per rumors my source has given me and I can't comment if it's authentic.
They are hoping many people will switch to 1.8 upon final booking and it will be a sigh of bit relief for them. So in these circumstances I highly doubt a Hardtop Turbo because that would also ruin, infact kill the 1.8 Oriel which already is a slight misfit with road price of 28.5 Lakhs (nav+leather) compared to Turbo road price being 30.5 and those who go for such a budget usually don't sweat with 2 Lakh.
So if at all they make a mistake of hardtop Turbo which I doubt they will, they will be shooting themselves.
