Since its not only oil minder but also transmission lights are lit up I would look at two things:

1. Battery with and without load. If it passes I would look at alternator and tentioner belt.
2. Wiring from ECU to transmission for any damages.

The issue to me semz to be electrical and mechanical.

Bhai Bhai! There is no solution to that i experience the same thing. The only solution is in every 3/4 days drive the car a little bit.

Low speed missing is not referred to spark plugs, it can be fuel filter.....

Recently heard a "cri cri" sort of sound while turning with back seats all filled. Again turned with back seats empty but no sound.
Went to Honda sawan motors for steering check if it is the issue but as per them steering racks and all other things are fine. What could be the reason, any one please?

I have 2016 X civic. Recently faced steering rack issue at 140 150 kmph speed. Just wanted to know if someone with 2016 model got it replaced from Honda free of cost? Since its manufacturers fault. Car is 65k driven. But rarely go on highway. Now drove it to 150 and felt steer have little play in it which is not on low speed.

2017 1.5 Turbo 50k Driven, last month registered my claim at Honda Point Lahore for steering rack (it gets stuck at high speed 120+, very minor issue). The person I know there called me today and told the claim is refused and it won't be covered under warranty. Now he is offering that they will replace some bearing and grease the whole thing and will charge 25K labor and it will be as good as new. It will take 6 to 8 hours.

I've heard that greasing is not helpful at all but never heard of replacing this bearing. Should I go for it? Or do I have any other options? Since this is the 2nd time I am having this issue, I am reluctant to spend 200 - 225K and the issue comes again.

Anyone here facing the same issue got the rack replaced after warranty?

i called cha sultan today and JDM/Qabli steering rack is 25k i am facing same issue as urs. i only feel steering issue at 140+ otherwise its perfectly fine even on low speed or if i turn steering extreme left or right its perfectly fine no noise at all.. so my plan is first i will check with honda if they will replace it FOC. otherwise i will go for JDM/Qabli replacement of rack.

Today i went to dealership to change engine oil, there i saw a 2018 model civic which engine was seized due to flooding in the rain water. The owner tried to went through the rain water and miscalculated the actual water level.
The mechanic told me that around 300 to 400K cost is estimated to revive the car.
My suggestion to all civic owners are that please be careful in rainy session and dont test the limits of your car as CiVIC and BRV air intake is much lower than other cars and it may suck rain water even if expose to 8-12 inches of water.

Exactly, many people here tend to do this, if the car doesn't make it through the water, they are frustrated and angry on Atlas and if not, they be flexing on all of us saying that "see my car made it through these high levels of water and now it's a tank". Harsh reality of people over here.

low speed while pushing pulling in traffic 40 to 70 speed gives jerks when plugs become weak too and car starts surging or stalls / get slow above 160.

I am not refering to Umair anwar..... by the way the first attempt in case of Umair Anwar is to check the active codes via diagnostic tools as car goes in limp mode as a fail safe or didn't start along with so many lights comes on at the very same time.....

I was referring to Saad. Kaliar as his meter showing spanner indication means either his oil life not reset after oil change or he is approching 10k kms. There were no other indications in his case except hick ups.

What is the cost of replacement? 25K is really cheap as compared to a new one from Honda. Also did you check with Honda about FOC replacement?

i am buying a new civic in coming days , was at first considering to get base one , then changed my mind and getting oriel base, as many told me that it will be pain to sale the base as base has a lower resale , then when ive called honda , they told me that ug will be avb with 100k own , so ive decided to go with ug , instead of waiting 2 months and who knows what if the price increases , but here's my question , people who have FL , is there any problems or known faults that i should be aware of ?
