Even if you add another set of screws while producing a car, it costs money and when you have to produce thousands of vehicles, just do the math; and if you go for two different body styling in 1.3 and 1.8 categories as you have put it, the production cost will be humongous and I'm sure IMC will be very concerned about the input cost if they chose to do so. They are already working hard on the GIGO phenomenon: Garbage In Garbage Out (GIGO), such is the poor quality of Pakistani assembled cars, particularly that of Pak Suzuki and Indus Motor Company (IMC). The government has to allow import of quality cars from abroad, particularly from Japan. Pakistani assemblers don't know how to make a car.
