Assalamualaikum Brothers. Just here to add a few points to some earlier going queries. Axio and Altis both have nearly the same mileage in the city and highway in Karachi as noticed and experienced by me, but axio has a smoother and quieter ride. As for the seat adjustment, yes, axio has it, but i never used it to increase or decrease the seat height, but yes the seat adjustment of forward and backwards to fix the legs and pedal issue is necessary for safe driving.
As for the taxation and FBR issue related to Taxes and WHT ... well the hukmaraan and people running the shows are as corrupt as the masses(jutt jahil awaam minus the literate elite who can exempt themselves here) so no comments there ... transparency here is too transparently opaque and non existent, as no one can challenge the special elite VVVIPs.
Oil Changes are as advised by the company and experts are due at 5000 km and 6 months per oil changes, with synthetic oils expendable to 10000 km but advisable for 7000 - 8000 km. Semi Synthetics may be taken to 4000 to 5000 km. Mineral oils are suggested for 3000 km max. None the less, the ranges and max 6 months are suggested per oil change. For anything that supersedes the amounts like prolonged oil usage, leads to sludge and maybe to engine seizing. As a precaution for this, flush the oil by looking up an earlier thread and then change the oil.
There is no special eco mode in the altis, except if you drive in the 1-3k rpm zone, so the laggy transmission part in anyone's case is their superstition. The shifts in the super ect 1ZRFE are smooth as can be and the noise if accelerated by the pedal to the medal is bearable and better than the whining super ect 2NZFE.
Nitrogen filling in tyres is a waste of money and if some one likes it ... good for him/her.
The new rims are just color coated and not any new at all in design, so in my opinion not a huge improvement and me nots like it (i dont like it)!!
No one is targeted here and no harm intended. Jazakallah.
[P.S] No Pun or Hate Intended, just belaying the facts.
