Assalamualaikum everyone...
Does anyone have any knowledge about the 2 stroke rickshaws.. someone suggested me to a 2 stroke rickshaw swap into my Suzuki Ts100... Is this swap possible? What about maintainence reliability and performance.. please suggest other cheap 2 stroke engines to swap..

Nope, will not suggest that. Prefer any 2 stroke newer model trail engine also it would be super expensive or you can swap yamaha rxz 135 6 speed engine.
But what every you swap. Just stay 2 stroke.

I wanted to swap a 4 stroke 125cc engine but I want to keep it 2 stroke.... A mechanic also suggested me to get it's original 100cc 2 stroke engine rebuilt.. would it be practical to get it's own engine rebuilt or should I go for another engine... My budget for an engine is around 35k.... Would there be any 2 stroke engines available in this budget?

Indeed it will be practical to rebuild, but brand new parts would be hard to get.
Yes you can find RX115 engine or kawasaki ke100/ke175 engine.

How much would a ke175 engine cost?
Is it also possible to get a Gto125 engine in this budget and would it be practical?

Trails have short gear ratio. Swapping a trail engine will be more practical then commuter bikes.
I think both comes in this bracket.

I saw a gto125 engine for 30k on olx... Due to heavy rain I can't visit the ranchor line so I'm just looking at things online so when I'm finally able to visit the markets in person I'll have an educated guess about prices. I've now trying to find an rx135 engine which I believe will be good enough..

I was talking to a mechanic a few days ago... And he suggested me to put a 2 stroke engine from the old blue rickshaws that used to roam around Pakistan with the gear shift lever on the handle.... I wasn't thinking to swap it into my Bike but I thought I should just ask on Pakwheels about it if it's even possible or not... My bike is in the research phase right now so I'm thinking about what engine to put in it.... I was suggested for a 4 stroke 125cc engine for it. It would be reliable and a good daily runner but it will devalue the bike very much and won't be as "fun" as a 2 stroke... Since my budget is limited to 25-30k I'm trying to find a good reliable 2 stroke trail engine for it. I currently have it's original engine as well which is in somewhat disassembled condition if getting it rebuilt is a good affordable option then I'll get it rebuilt.. I will visit ranchor line and Akbar road on Monday if the rain stops inshallah

Look for RXZ135 engine because old RX135 got less hp and had 5 speed gearbox.

I don't think rickshaw engine is a good option, the engine is closer in design to vespa engine with some more displacement i guess hence weight, weird shape and I can't even comprehend what gearbox would be mated to make it work in a motorcycle. If you can overhaul the stock engine it'd be a great option in my opinion, you'll have to search for the parts though.

Thanks to everyone's smart and sensible opinion rickshaw engine is now out of the equation.... I have 3 options now 1 rebuild the old 100cc 2 stroke engine 2cheap out and swap a 4stroke 125cc engine and 3 swap another similar 2 stroke but with more displacement.... I want to rebuild the engine but I don't trust Pakistani mechanics. I also believe it will be very hard to find parts for a proper rebuild and the stock engine won't be powerful enough.. I could swap a 4 stroke 125cc engine but it will kill the soul of this bike and won't be as fun as the 3rd option which is swapping a bigger 2 stroke engine...I would like to build this bike for taking it to my college everyday popping wheelies and going to the beach every weekend... I have another 2006 CD70 which I use as my daily bike so this bike won't be used a lot

I wasn't able to properly finish the project because I broke my collarbone in an accident on a different motorcycle... I eventually swapped it with a Cg125 engine that my friend had lying around. So please don't make fun of how hideous and ugly it looks right now there is a lot of work left. I also have to get the engine remounted as well...

This is what it looks like in its current form..... The seat is temporary because I got tired of putting a pillow underneath. The tank is from a Yamaha enduro 100. Rest of the parts are its own. I will disassemble it once again for paint and for the wiring and cosmetics when I have time and heal completely from my injury..

Current mods planned are:
Remounting the engine a little bit forward
New sprockets and new rear tyre
Rear fender and mudguard
Paint
Wiring Harness + Battery
Lights,meter, indicators
I also plan to eventually rebuild the shocks, put a new carb and put a 150cc piston on it in the future..

@pwuser162853199183 your bike is totally changed and needs a full cosmetic makeover. in Karachi you may contact rafiq autos (Suzuki parts dealer) for related parts.

@usman_arooq2 can't agree more. 2 Stroke engine + Stock is the way to go.

@pwuser162853199183 It may be little time talking and expensive at times but the end result
of company specs stock bike / engine is always worth the effort.

What ever you do. But you can never make it rev like 2 stroke.
