Brother don't worry too much, No rider would ever be able to follow each
& every thing mentioned in the manual so don't concentrate on each every thing
Waise en suzuki waalon ka manual tricky hai ya Asaan nahein hai
They are not describing thing easily fuzool ki bak bak buhat hai manual mein
Even though its mentioned first oil change on 1000km in manual
you should ignore it & you must change first oil on 300km
you know bro IADina change his GD's first oil on 300km & he was
saying oil was dirty & full of small particles which were result of break in period
so its better those tiny particles are drain instead of they moving in engine
If i was in your place i would change first oil on 300km 2nd on 300km 3rd 1000km
than every 1000km.
*Warm Up Your Engine (Important For Every Bike)
Specially mechanics recommends for 125 engine kinda bikes
whose engine cylinder head is vertical incline
Mechanics say engine oil when is cold is down in bottom
so you must warm up your bike so that engine oil lubricates cylinder head piston
if you just kick & go it can damage piston of specially these vertical head engine
although its recommended for both same applies for Pridor kinda engine
These are the important points to follow, Don't know why Pak Suzuki
has not mentioned in ease words regarding speed limit in Break in period
*Drive Slow 40,50km/h Max:
but yeah as said in manual don't keep constant speed
well if you drive bike in city that obviously speed will vary alot
but if you are driving on highway so don't continously drive on same speed for long km's
and Paksuzki recommending don't ride bike in low gears now thats right too
Ab if you drive bike in 40 in 2nd or 3rd gear it would put stress on engine
or if you keep on driving bike at around 20,25km/h in 4th gear this is not good too
*Avoid Quick Acceleration & Sudden Breaking
try to avoid as much as possible don't give sudden throttle
accelerate bike slowly smoothly & also try not to stop bike suddenly
well if there is situation where you need to brake/accelerate vice versa
obviously you would brake/accelerate
