CVT is a good transmission in theory, but in reality its not near the godsend that many people think it is. Yes its better than old tech autos like super-ect and prosmatec, but still the fuel economy and acceleration is below manuals.

I was never satisfied with automatics. I always miss the power and control that manual transmission provides. Additionally, they are always more durable and easy to repair.

I think with the confirmation of 6th Gen the most happy people would be Honda Grace owners .
Better vehicle in every regard and plenty of spares

I had a grace for 2 years, fully loaded one with radar anti collision breaks,adaptive cruise control,lane assist,rear ac vents,heated seats, paddle shifters,8 airbags etc.
Plus it was hybrid and average was around 19 20.
Pkdm city will be a joke infront of grace.Stripped to death. I don't know why people are so excited about this when you can literally buy a million times better version as grace

i would never prefer a 2016/ 2017 model Honda Grace over brand new 2021 PKDM Honda City with warranty....most of hybrid JDM vehicles in Pakistan have fake documents, are accidental, have poor battery life .....moreover Grace is pre-facelift model .....

Yeah buying a 6 year old imported hybrid with 60,000 km on the clock makes total sense over buying a slightly stripped down version that's brand new and comes with company-backed warranty and service.

Plus this is atlas honda we're talking about. The build quality will be extremely poor.
And the features available in jdm, our local market won't be getting them in 50 years.
Even if they put a 1.0 liter in it and stip it totally people will still buy it.

Of all of the JDM cars people should look to avoid, a half decade old hybrid from Honda should be on top of their list.

It' all boils down to economics. If Pakistan was a well off country we would buying whatever our hearts desire. Unfortunately, we are not rich so have to proceed cautiously and buy a product while trying to make our investment safe and wise. A used Honda Grace could be bought by someone with sound financial standing but most people would prefer to invest in a stripped down local version of the Honda Grace.

What do you mean by fake documents and accidental, like all other imports all types of Graces can be found.

And Grace too comes in both pre facelift and post facelifts.

Grace have its own issue specially the DCT fiasco plus high maintenance. JDM Alto owners were also happy what happened with jdm Alto? No one buying it over pkdm Alto. Grace is already dead, no one will prefer buying it over pkdm city
