But according to the zong representative the package is automatically renewed if the appropriate balance is in the account.

Can anyone confirm whether the "Become a Super 3G User" delivery system works on their website?
Speeds are getting better again. This speed is on 3g. Look like they are constantly working on it. 4g still not aval though the area in their 4g coverage map.

Today I checked ptcl charji device from the collegue. its faster than zong and giving 300 gb in Rs 2000. Thats 3 times the volume. and the coverage is much much better than zong.
I am switching to charji tomorrow. bye bye zong

Zong gave me 19 mbps and charji 23 mbps steady speed. + 300 gb of volume is awsome. charji is the real deal.

Finally made a complaint with zong, registered a ticket and they declared everything as ok.
again spent days on snail speed internet and most of the times 2g
today insert the sim in my cell and it was working fine. means there is some problem in the mbb. how to go about it? who to tell and how to sort it out?
