Every single person trying to get a "sports car" (even if he is owner of a ferrari or BMW) is a "wanna be" as he is emotionally so immature that he wants people to give him some attention. He thinks no body cares who he is, so he would do things like that to "ATTRACT" others to himself. The definition of RICE in this case fits every single street racer out there.
Every person in Pakistan (I can say for sure) is here making his car look sporty -- I might say.. because they want people to look at it.
This in short is the definition of RICE that fits every single brain dead dolt streat racer of Pakistan.
We know there is nothing cleaver about racing, there is a chance you could get yourself killed. And this death would be the worst of the deaths. Because you didn't die doing something great, you died racing? Most probably you were listening to some music in the background while the malak-ul-maut comes.
So in short, every single racer here is not doing any thing clever and is only trying to get people's attension, is a wanna be, hence, is a RICER according to your definition.
Racing is not really an ART, you just have to buy an expensive car (or buy a cheap Charade and put a bigger engine in it). Once its done, you have to make sure you press the gas panel as much as you can to make it go faster. Many have crashed doing so, no big deal. Most races here are drag, meaning you won't have to do ANYTHING AT ALL besides grab the steering and pushing the gas panel. Some might say oh shifting is very important yeah right.. that isn't a big art either.
My point with all these words above is that there aren't two types of people who like their cars to look like a sports car, there is only one time. Either all of them are, as you suggested, RICERS, or all of them are the non-ricers. Reason for that is because the mantality of someone putting a spoiler on a Mehran is the same as someone putting it on Supra, the difference is the money each of them have.
