The cam timing belt marks for this engine are as
crank mark is on the flywheel = look though the little window between the engine and transmission - you should see a T mark - that is TDC. The cam mark is on the cam pulley. Install belt in this position, let tensioner self tighten the belt and lock the nut, rotate the engine 2 times then loosen and tighten tensioner once again.
The balancer belt is a bit finicky, let me dig it up.
