my advice would be to stick to your cl-9, it would be more comfortable daily drive than euro-r. If you are inclined towards getting the euro-r you would compromise some comfort for better acceleration, so you have to ask yourself a question, how many times do you push the pedal to the metal and how long do you think that craving for speed would last before you return to normal casual driving routine
key for key exchange would be stupid in my opinion, your cl-9 have more value than euro-r which is hard to sell car, you should get cash in exchange, i have heard about euro-r's going for as low as 12 so its your call
