Brother As you have Used a Mehran so I consider you an Experienced and Mature Car user. FAW V2 has Underbody Noise Issues just like Suzuki, I agree, Infact when car runs on Factory tests every things goes right but when car comes to Dealership via hectic transportation system and then runs on local roads and rough path holes, under body bolts start to become adjust and become loose and the Noise starts, I am also facing same issues from very first month in my Imported V2 but I am not much worried on it, the main focus is on its Safety Features, Low Price, the Powerful and Comfortable ride, Strong body structure, great road grip and great handling (Alhamdulillah).
Suzuki Dealership mechanics are Trained and experienced enough to rectify these minor Issues just in minutes, FAW story is slightly Different, the Dealership Mechanics are not much Experienced to Identify and Rectify those issues, but trust me the problems are of very minor Nature, at some parts you need to do greasing, and some parts needs slight rubber packing and nothing else. V2 is much strongly built than Mehran, it has much better mechanical strength and better body structure and Interior features are also much better than Mehran or even Wagon R. After sales is an area where Alhaj FAW needs to work now and I am seeing improvement day by day, for example I have received many times Customer satisfaction calls from my dealership regarding a specific problem they have not been able to identify or rectify but later on they found its solution so they called back the car to fix it, for example I fixed my Leaking Windshield wash tank, and Bonnet rod Noise and the Sound from Diggi, etc. some are still to be done.
In fact company seems to be committed in Customer satisfaction because they know that in order to survive in Pakistan with a Chinese Brand they need to focus much on Customer Satisfaction and After sales.
Nothing to worry, use your V2 with Confidence and keep focus on minor noises they can be rectified very easily by your dealership just tightening some bolts, or greasing or putting a rubber packing. Avoid going to local mechanics and don't listen to people.
