Alloy rims

I own a 2007 model Suzuki Alto and was hoping to change its rims. I explored the market and found a japenese imported rim which had a 4/110 bolt pattern which had been altered from 4/100 bolt pattern. The salesman told us that he could dealter the rims back to 4/100 bolt pattern. Is this alteration possible and is it safe? Please share your opinions.

You means 4*115 pcd?
It can be done you can change 4*100 to even 5*115 but better stay away. If you already own rims then it's another case....explore more and find a suitable one.
