Your ac compressor will also be making whinning noise.
I have Same issue in my 2016 altis 1.8cvti, common issue in corolla from 2008 with sensor type ac compressors.
There are two solution.
1. Change ac compressor
2. Take out all ac gas, fill in 100ml ac compressor oil and fill gas again.
This second solution was provided by someone from Saudia, and according to him toyota did it.
