Any oil that has mercedes 228.5 spec or ACEA A3/B3

Use viscosity grade 5W40 with certification as xulfiqar has mentioned.

Mercedes benz spec is very specific. Its mostly 5w30, however some 0w30 and 0w40 also exist witb this spec, but they are very high flash point and very stable under stress and load.

The ACEA A3 and b3 spec are chosen when the mb spec/approved oil is not available.

Your average 5w30 api sn is not capable enough.

Problem of gear 1, 3 or 5 have been solved just changed the cable coz its near to end and stuck. Thanks to Allah

Can anyone please suggest me the best place to get my Honda City's brake discs resurfaced/tooled in lahore ?? the one who can do it right and have dual/C clamps to resurface both sides at the same time. Also my brake pads are almost new and original. will I have to replace the brake pads after resurfacing ?? odo meter is at 35k but I feel slight shaking in the pedal and steering while braking at higher speeds. is resurfacing really the best option or should I try something else ??

The issue could be from air in the system too or it could be that the master cylinder is not working correctly.. As the car is new and only 35k driven i donot think that you need resurfacing. Just start checking with the smallest problem first.. Then gradually move to bigger problems

actually I have bought the car just a couple of weeks ago. don't know what the previous owner was upto. I got the wheels balanced, alignment done and the brake pads serviced with sand paper. they are almost like new. don't know exactly what to do.

Q1- Coasting in N will harm an automatic transmission?
Q2- Shifting from N to D or vice versa during driving, will it harm an automatic transmission?
Q3- Shifting from N to other gears (2/3/4) while driving, will it harm a standard transmission?

Get the rotors checked if skimming is required visually. One time skimming is OK but there is limit to rotor disc thickness.

Q1 abd Q2 will harm automatic.

Q3 wont unless you do something really stupid like shift to L or 1 at 150 km/h.

may I ask - why are you planning to shift to N while driving?
