@Xulfiqar following message is being displayed on Merc C200 (2007) multimedia screen "please start the engine otherwise the system will shut off in 3 mins" while driving the car. What is the reason for this message and solution?

There is probably noise on can bus causing the multimedia to show low voltage.

Or you have a really bad alternator

find a qualified tech to plot the hi and lo CAN-BUS lines on a fine duty DSO (analog wont work here as you need to screenshot it) - Erroneous chat will be detected easily. Mercedes Benz being sensible give you a CANBUS junction to isolate the twisted pairs from each module for troubleshooting.

For someone who knows how to deal with CANBUS issues - it wont be too difficult to diagnose.

Dont try to shoot parts at the car and pray it works - your bank account will quickly drain away.

If you find the BUS is ok then you need the benz software to detect the module and diagnose it accordingly.

@Xulfiqar can i swap a japanese kph odo on my w209....it has a uk mph .The single connector looks the same though,oh and could you tell me a good scanner for a mercedes, Xentry c4 is costing me 1 lac....read reviews on icarsoft any ideas?

You will need to recode that cluster to your vin and keep the mileage exactly same.

E.g. if its 62000 miles, your new one should say 100000 kms

Or you will have a headache of permanent errors

@Xulfiqar, can compression of engine be increased by any additives ??
car is not even moving at cold / from stop position. after 2000rpm its better.
No smoke at all, but people saying "low compression".

compression has nothing to do with not moving at standstill - have you tested the compression?

if you have lancer 05, its probably a dewan product and if its 1.6 its CVT, which has very poor acceleration to begin with. is the CVT actually operating properly? Have you had it put on a scan tool and the learned drivecycles cleared out?

Car in question is Subaru J-10.
oil light turns on at lower RPM after warming up, it also takes 2-3 seconds on cold start when oil light turns off.
what could be the issue?

It's carburetor. no check engine light.
I am using recomended oil. I used 20w-50 after rebuild one time only, than shifted 10w40. Changing oil didn't make any difference in oil light behaviour.

Oil pump is weak and if u e lucky then oil sensor is faimulty

"LINE PRS.LOW" code no is 57. what it could be and what to do now?

Thats a lower level code, what else did you get??

Your transmission is toast btw.. this code means leak in hydraulics, first thing to go is the torque converter clutch wont catch quickly. Dead sluggish car will result.

Soon it will fail to clamp belt strongly.
