Real data is found in the service manuals, toyota used inorganic green till the early 1990, because by that time the first hybrid coolants had already rolled out by almost all japanese manufacturers (all supplied by ppi), This was a green coolant but was not opaque like oldschool green.
If you own an older car with dissimilar metals petrol fired engine and are good at maintenance, then oldschool green is best,
If diesel then old green is good but I would suggest fully formulated or HD truck/genny coolant.
However, dexcool formula coolants are great for both but slightly pricey in Pakistan. Personally I like to use Peak branded coolant, its global and final charge formula have never let me down and the stuff I filled years ago is still perfect. Rad caps never opened in years either.
