you can buy WD-40 Silicon Lubricant ( it is water resistant ) and use a puff over the noisy hinge(s)

its not about quality of local cars or imported cars, you need to find out the noise source, usually dealership/showroom/factory tech use an instrument called a "chassis ear" to trace the noise. - Its run on a laptop to see the noise as soundwaves which are filtered out.

Noise near hinge side of door can be something inside the door too, Mostly it is the rubber gasket rubbing and creaking like crickets. As @capsat mentioned - use some silicone spray lube on the rubber to make sure it doesnt make friction noises (they sound like crickets chirping) - you can also use talcum powder to lubricate the rubber.

yes i have silicon spray lube will use it. I suspect it could also be the front door speaker.

The clunking noise and too much play is in differential. I can freely spin the end part by hand (where driveshaft is connected with four bolts) and it produces that noise. Now I would have to replace differential ? Or is there any fix ?

Update: Jack up both rear wheels of my car,(trans is nuetral) and and tyre moves a bit (like 20-22 deg ) before driveshaft starts to spin as well with clunk. Any possible solution ?

BTW I can also feel a little bit of resistance when I spin the wheels with hands and they do not stop smoothly,there is a bit of resistance causing them to stop.

You have to wipe it off after spraying.

Mechanic said rear axle needs repair. 1500-2500.

I drove it on motorway at 100kmph constant speed.

Do bad axle make rattling noise over the bumps if going straight or little bit of turning. Also left side rack end has play when I wiggle it real hard with my hand have tried same to right one it doesn't do any thing similar to left one.

Hello, my cultus' reservoir bottle sometimes over flows and spits out water from reservoir cap when I shutoff engine also boiling noise can be heard. @Xulfiqar help sir.

Your diff is worn, it needs to be checked properly.

You have a breach in cooling system integrity. Or maybe a dead radiator cap

Does the radiator remain full after a full temperature cycle or does the radiator empty?

Cant say because it is a very standard and simple job, as differentials are not anything new. Mechanics used to use distemper paint to see the gear mesh and “andaaza” the turning torque of the pinion.

Are mechanics today not able to inspect or check a simple differential?

It's just setting the pinion gear with out removing carrier ? Then I will try to do it myself after having looked some reference material.

I saw a video of Land rover where the same clunk was present and the video maker then removed axle shafts and they were chewed up, So I am also suspecting these

As i said, you need to check the whole thing,

Shafts, crown, pinion, preload etc

What if I just slap in a new carrier from Junkyard, will it be perfect solution ?

Secondly, how one can check a used differential physically. As i am unable to find any reference material on internet

I have changed OEM with this in the past when radiator cap was leaking cooling and emptying radiator.
