a baleno did beat and rx8 , i dont know the actual specs on the rx8 but the driver was a shitty one ..
the rx8 was black colored ,with body kit + spoiler ....

the guy who had the rx8 , also bought a porsche convertible from his group..
and yes i also know the baleno 1.6gti guy closely ...

there is nothing special with the car , just had some basic mods, intake ,headers etc etc ...

the race took place quite a while ago , at the DHA girls college road @ Sat night actually ..

waisey normaly i cruising around 80km around lahore and as i have complete exuast system to most it might seem i am driving fast and think they are racing me and vice a versa. but in fact its the dinkey boys who think there cars are fast and are beating me where as i dont even feel the need to waste gas on pajokis and diesel rolla and other local cars. but still i have a smaller sister to the rx8 you are most welcome to race me even nahin to main aap ki rx8 ke saath chaabi chaabi race arrange kerwa deeta hoon kaal and will ask someone to give your lift home after wards also so that you dont have to walk home

RANA kee rx7 kay sath run lia tum nay ?? Rana was here in KHI then shifted to lahore i guess . His rx7 is pretty fast , producing around 320 Bhp.

Still the fastest car here , beat the hell out of it .
if u have heard abt the car , its a 2 door toyota starlet (4EFTE running supercharger+ nitrous)

Run ur rx7 with Ranas and ull get some good competition .
i dont know much about ur gaddi , but still stock rx7s produce around more then 250 perhaps 275 bhps ..

a while back coming from muree rd 2wards islamabad saw this guy in 2000 2.0d bein ahead of this black Rx7 the guy was sooo happy tht he was beatin a RX7 but hold on when the RX7 got on the main highway he floored it leavin the 2.0d in its dust meanin he was just playin with him u cant beat a RX8 in a baleno be it tunned if yaa got a civic highly tunned would say yes not in baleno but never in a 2.0D its a diesel can catch donkey even as thts has nitrous in it LOL

shabir bhai Rana bhais car is much faster now then it used to be in khi and lets make it interesting the starlet you are talking about has no power of its own except the one in the bottle and bottles run dry quick so here is a word for that starlet owner. Most welcome to 20km race over motor way. Lets see how long his bottle lasts and if the bottle can break the speed bariers of the tranny. Even a disel engine can race a b18c5 with a bottle of laughing gas. and the funny thing is even i he can get the bottle to last 20km will the motor he is running last 20km. i call things like that a joke and waste of money and effort.

Anyways not here to argue or to race was messing with the kid who still fails to understand that a khyber can beat a 2.0d to a 120km easily

the starlet guy did admit that at launch rana`s rx7 was 3-4 cars ahead of him , but it was nitrous which put him back in the game
...

i havent been to the track since ages ...
but obviously the race takes place at the 1/4 mile ...and bottles are a plus factor ....
i have seen a b16 swapped gtti nitroused beat a typre R which was also on nitrous ...

waisay i heard that the starlet owner has ditched the car . Now a he has a h22 swapped 95 civic ..i dont know much abt the specs .of it ..

Baleno did beat a rx8 a long time ago ... he was my friend also ... Ali bhai with his Baleno GTi... !!

wht happen that nite was ... Ali bhai beated rx8... Then Misbah (wolf) beated ali bhai .. with his civic .. i think it was swaped ... !!

Most cases r here which represents unorganized race. It raises a question that how would u know the other person considers race with u or not ????

Beating the RX-8 is not a piece of cake.

It seems here that RX-8 is just like other normal cars.

Even 20V can't beat it on stock.

If the driver of RX-8 has got sharp mind then it can never be beaten by any other local car.

I should beat my head on to the moniter after hearing that RX-8 beaten by 2.0D SALOON ???

Even a 1000 CC car remains parallel 2.0D SALOON under 140 km. And 2.0D still struggles to get rid of it.

hello everyone

Heres a little story for everyone about an RX8. I was on Khy. Ittehad in the afternoon, barely any traffic, going towards the PSO pump for fuel. I have a baleno 2005. Making a U turn and coming behind me was an unregistered dark blue RX8. I saw the guy in my rear view and just to see how fast the RX8 was, I floored it and the took off (the way a 1.3 will!) and remember I was already accelerating before he had even completed the U turn (at the village restaurant).

Heres what happened: I had the pedal floored the gear was 2nd, just over 5000 rpms (about to shift up to 3rd) and the guy just sailed past me - gave me a really scornful. I dont think the car even worked up a sweat. He went over a speed breaker and took off into one of the lanes. And I went on my way.

So, the RX8 is very fast.

And P.S. I am not a bad driver.
