Bhai i hv contacts at Director levels in almost all Insurance Companies of Pakistan due to my immediate boss so no matter which come due to want. I just recommend according to the needs of the person and how much he can pay...

With Tracker it wil be around Rs: 71,000/- from IGI Insurance, IGI dont offer Rolla insurance without Tracker

Brother, get your car insured. Advise your father. He has already spent over 1.8 million, he MUST not think of saving a few thousands.
My personal experience with Chartis (New Hampshire) is very comforting. Its been two years almost, and I have applied for a couple of minor claims (around 10k). People there are very cooperating. I never even had to get my ride surveyed or inspected. Got my claims within 15 days.
Select any big name. Efu, Adamjee, GI, all are ok. But without insurance, you are in great danger of losing your 1.8 million.

I also got my civic in October and got it insured by NHI... Fortunately, i didn't have to claim till now alhamdulilah but they seem to be pretty nice at dealing and customer service... Got the car from Honda classic and NHI are on their panel too...
