I live almost 70 km away from Multan the place is known as Mehmood kot, I work here and live in housing of a company.
It is difficult for me to go to Multan and buy things and in Multan I also don't know about authorized dealers.
For it is more convenient to buy things online

Well autox, Automarket, Autohub, Autoline and luxeautospa are authentic and are in my regular use. Dont forget pakwheels too
Daraz , yayvo are authentic but expensive one. compare all those site before purchase.
Sehgal motor lot of publicity but dontknow about it

The items you have mentioned, you will probably need once after 3~6 months or even more. Why not make a trip to Multan after 3~4 months and buy all that you need from actual shops? That will give you satisfaction and a good outing.
