Thanks, Capman! You have NO idea how hard it's been raining...so much so that I've left the city for a few days to avoid all the madness. Schools and colleges across the metro area have been asked to remain closed. Re: the BMC - despite being one of the world's wealthiest municipal corporations with ample resources, the bloody jokers can't seem to get a few simple things right. Some roads have been reduced to rubble. :mad:
