Car Care and Detailing Dreams (Part 2)

AOA guys so here is my toyota altis
i am viewing the thread for quite a time now
so guys i am not in this detailing the car and all
i want to know for a beginner what should i start with?
i only use turtle hard shell wax on exterior and 7cf on interior and plz help me get rid of the swirl marks on the car

Please don't use 7CF on interior becuase its oil base and extract dust. Use only Water Based Products for interior

Here is my store manager Ride... Toyota Camry.. becahri treated daily with dish washing liquid, without dusting and rinsing.. matlab yeh k after applying foam of dish washing liquid, geely kapry se safai.. no water rinsing than drying... all mehrbani of His Highness our Building Chaukedar.. (this is the reason I told him not to wash my car and its about more than 3 years I havent allowed him to clean my both rides even in extreme dirty condition)

Wsalam
Shampoo- dodo basics of bling shampoo, turtle ice shampoo or dc shampoo- all are good as they are pH balanced.
Wax- meguiars cleaner wax or zymol cleaner wax and dodo juice light fantastic wax.
Sealant- wolfgang( not neccesary)
Leather seats- zymol leather cleaner and zymol leather conditioner or gold class leather kit.

For wax buy one cleaner wax because it is neccesary on toyota white to remove the yellow shade and polish the paint. Use every 6 weeks. Also buy a pure wax without abrasives like dodo light fantastic or meguiars ultimate wax.

hope everyone is doing fine
I recently bought a new civic and for the first time, detailed its interior. I am very frustrated and annoyed by its interior. Cleaned it with 3m apc, that went perfect. all the leather treated, that went perfect too. But the dashboard and the upper side of the door, that rough black type, no matter which detailer/protectant i put on it, it streaks. Tried mothers protectant, megs ultimate protectant, natural shine protectant, all leave streaks on the dash and on the plastic around the speedo
any idea on how to detail those or am I suppose to leave it as it is after apc?

Btw, why would you m105 it assuming its been taken relatively good care by you and even if there were swirls, they wouldn't have been too deep ?

The 12 hour rule is generic for sealants (more of a best practise) but if you have to layer klasse (which is water based and you are layering it over itself), you could go ahead in a lesser time period (4 hours is perfectly fine there). If you are to layer a different brand, then you should let it cure fully. Ofcourse nothing wrong with letting it cure fully if you have the time.

M105 was just done for removing one two gazes and hiding one 1.5 inch long scratch.didnt do the whole car.
It was late night that i done first coat then did second coat at morning.according to mike philips minimum 6 hours time for klasse is must.wG require less time.

Asim bhai for your white corolla-
Shampoo- dodo juice wax safe shampoo for 1.6k from ahmad yar bhai.
Cleaner wax- zymol cleaner wax 2k at saca or buy meguiars cleaner wax from the dc wax shop.
Wax- dodo light fantastic costing 1.2k from ahmad yar bhai.
Interior spray- Auto finnesse spritz interior detailer for 1.55k from ahmad yar bhai.

Omer bhai, today i have detailed engine bay. Its my 4th car and in past never detailed by myself. Overall a good experience and feeling nice after completion of task. Attached are the before after snaps.

Good to know you didn't m105 it all (definitely an over kill).
For werkstat (same roots as klasse, but advanced nano version) has a manufacture recommended cure time of 30-60 minutes for layering. And its wowo, making it all the more easier to get the same rock solid protection with least of efforts.
Would definitely like to see your car (ofcourse you as well) in person. I am in ISB, whenever you're there, stop by some time for a cup of coffee at my office.

This color has immense potential to shine like hell,
If I would you & she is daily runner , I kept her on shampoo,polish & glaze for 1 month doing process every week(by hand) & than move towards sealing process

Khair hai yaar..
I started with turtle, worked myself upto meguairs and now ahamdulillah dodo. It is a small pot, not more than 4 applications but the quality, packing, durabilty is just so damn good i feel everyone should get a taste of it!
