Aoa detailers.
Last Sunday i gave the interior a shot. It was very dirty as it was at the mercy of mechanics who chose to dirty the carpet instead of dirtying the floor matts:/ -Idiots.
At the moment i have no proper equipment like an electric steam or even a proper vacuum cleaner:/
Use a soft brush and a wet mf to remove 95% of the sand and pebbles and then used astonish carpet and upholstery cleaner on the carpet and seats. It did a lovely job and removed oil stains and even grease with ease.

Wow..MashAllah,, i knew upholstery cleaners work. !!! Amazing stuff

Washed with turtle rinse free( I think its really addictive :P)
Detailer wipe with dodo juice detailer spray.
The hood was full of orange peel and refused to reflect-more like a 3m matt finish paper;)
Wetsanded it with the help of my denter as i have no experience in with sand paper.
Now i dont have anything to compound my car with as optimum motorsports is out of ultimate compound;(

Omer bhai, today i have detailed engine bay. Its my 4th car and in past never detailed by myself. Overall a good experience and feeling nice after completion of task. Attached are the before after snaps.

To be honest, i cannot get results like this. Every nook and corner is super clean! What did you use?

A general question. I use turtle Platinum wax which is basically a hybrid and is supposed to last for 2-3 months at least. But after waxing my car, usually within 2-4 days it get's dusty. How do I clean it then ? Should I wash my car again ?? Is washing going go damage the wax coat and I would have to redo wax ?? or I just use plain water ??

Haha- 2 months - more like 2-3 weeks provided a prepared surface, waxed nicely and then topped up with their sealer top coat. You will also have to wash with a proper shampoo and give a detailer wipe later on on weekly basis.
Your car will get dusty not matter what you do, wash it using the double bucket method using a pH balanced shampoo which will not strip wax.

Once you have removed swirls, you will have to maintain the finish by washing using a car shampoo using proper wash mitts and microfiber clothes. Its also harmful to remove swirls with an abrasive every now and then..
Anyways- if i were you i would buy
1) Meguiars ultimate compound
2) Dodo lime prime polish or Meguiars ultimate polish
3) Dodo juice purple haze wax or meguiars gold class wax
4) Wash mitts, mf towels, applicator pads,etc.

Use ultimate compound only once a year. Ultimate polish every 2.5 months and wash amd wax weekly.
For the interior-
Buy either zymol leather cleaner and zymol leather conditioner.( if you have leather seats)
For the dashboard- meguiars quik interior detailer or turtle ice interior spray.

tell me some turtle products for a start up slowly will go to meguiars and dodo juice
was checking the turtle website they have bunch of stuff too
can i use scratch and swirl remover to remove swirls and ice detailer to wax it?
another thing its a daily runner my housekeeper just dust it and then clean it with wet cloth which actually is destroying the body any better ways just to clean the car daily?

A detailing session was long over due on my axio, so was finally free today and got to work on the car @ around 10

This color has immense potential to shine like hell,
If I would you & she is daily runner , I kept her on shampoo,polish & glaze for 1 month doing process every week(by hand) & than move towards sealing process

i agree janab few months back i got it cleaned and then used 3m rosa polish on it by a detailing setup here in rawalpindi and results were simply amazing and i am looking forward that u guys can help me out to get the same results again cheers!

Of course! Most of us started with turtle...
I have rarely seen a housekeeper cleaning a car properly.
Your best bet is to make a solution of rinse free wash in a spray bottle and spray on and wipe off with a mf towel- GENTLY
I would appreciate it if you did it yourself!
You should buy
1. Shampoo- Turtle rinse free wash and wax- Extremely user friendly. (900rs)
2. Megs gold class wax. Lasts more than 25 applications on a sedan car and is good quality.(2500rs) or you can buy turtle platinum wax for (1000rs)
3. Turtle ice interior spray
4. Armorall tire foam

For sunroof, you'd use a glass cleaner (glint, 3m glass cleaner etc). You should also be fine using a QD on the sunroof/glass. There are sealants for glass that you put there to protect it (and they bead/sheet water nicely), but some paint sealants (water based, solvent free) dry clear and can also be used on glass/trim.

For brake dust, sure an APC at a higher concentration (e.g. 1:10 for normal brake dust and may 1:5 for nasty bonded brake dust) .

Thanks. I've given up teaching my brother, since he continues to dry dust in my absence even though he knows where the QD is He'd rather go to a service station than to wash himself.

glass of sun roof gets cleaned fine while washing the car, actually i was asking about when sun roof is opened, the inner area of it which had dust as well in corners
