I will start by feeling the paint surface. If the scratches are deep enough to catch your nails in them, there could have been loss of clear coat/paint, which might require touch up etc.
However, if you do not feel any deep scratch, it will most clean away. Start by least aggressive method and move to more aggressive, until you are satisfied with the result.
Start with Megs Swirl-X. Clean the painted surface and using a mf cloth, test by scrubbing a small area. A lot of the marks will go away, in this step. You will need to polish and protect your car afterwards.
Once you have done this step, come back with pictures, if you are still not satisfied. But most likely, the marks will go away, as far as the pictures can show.
