The battery life is better then my out going S4 however it entirely depends on your usage. With normal usage it will last the complete day but if you remain busy with Facebook, watching videos etc then obviously it will finish off in 5 to 6 hours. I would suggest to keep the screen brightness low for extended life.
My S5 however lasts the complete day with moderate to heavy usage. This one is quad core dual SIM Version

How come at 6 hours battery percentage is 11% and again at 2days plus it's again 11%. This doesn't make sense.

6 hours is the screen-on time i.e the time when the display was on. 2 days plus is the total time i.e the total time the phone was running on it's battery which also includes standby time
