Hello, I'm planning on converting my 2007 cg deluxe into a cafe racer. I will be documenting the whole process in this thread.

This is what the bike looks like right now. I swapped out the front meter and headlight to make it resemble the CG titan that's common in Brazil

Disassembled the whole bike so I could start from ZERO.
Pressure washed the frame at home and gave the Engine to my mechanic for rebuild.

Engine rebuild complete!
Complete head work including new valves
New(to me) cylinder
New bigger piston
New seals
Please let me know if there are any other mods that I can do to increase power without compromising reliability too much.
