City idsi coils

Hi guys
I have a city 2008 manual. Its fuel average decreased so I went to get it checked. It was found that one of the coils (it's top) is broken. Electrician replaced it with another one claiming that it's coil of honda vezel and all coil are same (although it's top was smaller as compared to original coil). Average has become better but not upto the original figure that I was getting.
Can you please shed some light on this... are all coils the same? If yes, then what can be reason of decreased fuel efficiency (almost 3km/l on long route)
If all coils are not same, what is the better option, Chinese one, qabli or genuine... and their prices too.

Did you get the plugs checked?
I had hitachi coils in my idsi they performed very well.

Nopes. Didn't do that.
How much is the cost of Hitachi coils?
And if plugs are the problem, should I change all the plugs at the same time?

I got those coils already installed at the time of purchase.
Drove 20k in year still good neither did i change the plugs
Now i need new plugs. Yes change all the plugs at the same time.
From honda a single plug costs 550
Other options are available around 300 400 per piece.

I was getting 19 before coil issue. Then it dropped to 15-15.5 and after getting the so called vezel coil, it's up to 16-16.50 but I want that 19+ wala maza

if car is driven 100k above dont expect miracles. Coils doesnt effect average too much hardly . check valve clearence and cat converter.
