Bro, in my opinion you should reconsider your plan of getting any suspension repairs, as they are likely to be much expensive and time taking. Unless you have driven over highly rough patches or have done aggressive driving over rough patches, you are not likely to be having suspension problem.
I believe there are solutions to make your car suspension good, but I don't recommend taking it to aftermarket shops as neither they would be willing to do it nor you are likely to get it done perfectly, unless you take assistance of an expert.
My family also just got the new City a few days back. I was impressed by the car, it is smooth on ideal roads, with minor bumps. But recently drove it on a rough patch. I could be wrong but I think it really transmitted much impact in the cabin.
Further, a big number of people on Pakwheels also complain about City hard suspension.
It is possible that at the time you were feeling it to be 'soft', you might be mostly driving on smooth roads, it seems enjoyable on smooth roads.
Like other people advised, tire change can make difference, as brands like Yokohama and Michelline and Hankook are known for soft tires. They can reduce the impact, but your car suspension will still likely go over bumps with similar force.
