If due to tax structure, then why would Honda invest in R18 further which is costlier, less fuel efficient, underpowered , heavy and higher on the tax net in the market compared to 1.5l earth dream engine.
Take Pakistan for instance more WHT on 1.8l and less on turbo for consumers. Why would Atlas pay more duty on import of an out dated technology further in future.
Lower engine displacements are encouraged in most Asian countries via tax their tax structures like Pakistan. Atlas will definitely switch towards lower engine displacements and higher power outputs to stay more profitable and competitive.
R18 has way more duty then the 1.5l...who can deny this fact.
Easy facts common sense... R18 will phase out- its outdated simple.
