I booked a Honda Civic 1.8 Oriel at Honda North Peshawar on 26th Dec 2017 by depositing rupees 1 million. I was issued a relationship number (Relationship No. xxxxxxxxxx). Today on 7 Jan 2018 I called the dealership to change the color of my booked car from Modern Steel Metallic to Carnelian Red. The sales manager at the dealership noted my request however he also informed me that the policy of HAPL has changed and I am required to deposit another 0.2 million through bank draft. I then called your customer relations number (0310-9997703) where I was told to forward my request for color change and query regarding booking amount at this email address. I have following two queries / requests.
I wish to change the color of my booked Honda Civic 1.8 Oriel (Relationship No.xxxxxxxx) to CARNELIAN RED
I had booked my car on 26 Dec 2017 by paying Rs. 1 Million. My dealership has informed me to deposit another Rs. 0.2 Million on the pretext that company policy has changed. I wish to know if such a policy change is spelled out by the company or by the dealership and whether failure to deposit this amount will cancel my booking or not?
