want to know where I can get Tees and pipes in RWP / ISB for passing water thru CNG kit. car is civic 02. i think tees are a must cuz dia of existing radiator pipes is large n channel in cng kit is small. if there is a reducing nozzle sort of fitting then it will create a bottle neck. the engine bay is cramped. and kit is located below battery in civic. i hope u ve seen the car. is it possible to connect water?

On double road(Stadium Road) Rawalpindi just after the market if you entering from murree road side, there is a CNG work shop I had mine pipe fitted from them (forgot the name of the shop). They fitted proper T which comes in the kit in the heater pipes.Try them

You wont believe it yesterday I passed that way and just to see the name of the shop because I had that in mind to guide you properly,the shop is NO MORE there.There is a motor bike showroom now.
You can go to CANADAN CNG sixth Road price would be around 500Rs.

Assalam o alaikum everyone... I am here to discuss the cng problems that most of the people face. Normally some cars dont accept the cng setting been made by the technicians/mechanics.
Reason why..... They are not made for these kind of kits (landi renzo, lovato)
like for example. If we talk about city(automatic transmission)it has no good connectivity on gas or else depreciate the engine horse power for sure.
Toyota crolla has a break failiure because of the vaccum pressure that is because cng consume vaccum pressure.
Toyota vitz(new model) has the same problem (backfire and break prob)
santro and baleno has backfire and pick problems as well
these problems can be resolved now by installing cng sequential system the one which i am introducing.
This is a request that please get to know about sequential system first before you comment back. Thank you

I have Civic 2000 VTI, it was good till last sunday, suddenly its giving me a problem. on petrol its working fine bug on CNG it starts but do not pick race event i press full accelerator it stays on 6 km speed.
mechanics says its bad GAS.

whats the problem, help me.

No help from pakwheels anyway i have solved my problem.
my car's timing was out, after setting time its perfect on GAS and petrol.

I have Alto with Cng. I start my car on petrol and then convert it to CNG. What happens with me is that initially car runs fine on CNG but after covering 3-4 kms the car switches off by itself and its very difficult to start on CNG and if it starts, the car lacks power on CNG even on full pedal and car shakes and rattles. But this thing vanishes after couple of minutes and car remain steady on CNG again. But the issue is still unknown that why this happens? Please help me ...experts.

I am facing a very strange problem in my car, I own a 77 corolla with a cng kit recently a week ago my car took a long time to start on cng, which resulted in crashing my ignition, next I went to the mechanic got ignition fixed and got a relay attached to the coil but the problem still is there, on petrol the car is half self start and on cng it takes quite a while to start, please advice me what to do thankyou.

I have noticed a strange problem with my santro plus 2001. Occasionally in low gears like 1st 2nd or low speed in third gear, it would stumble with engine hesitating and then stalling. Sometimes as it is hesitating I have to press accelerator to prevent engine from stalling. Once it happened I called a mechanic who said that perhaps the electric wire to cng kit was loose so he tightened all wires going to cng kit. It didn't happen for a few days now it happened 4-5 times today. Spark plugs are brand new,air filter is also new. During idle the car is fine but in low gears it gave me this problem.
Can anybody guide me to most probable reason. If anyone has experienced similar problems can he guide me as to what could be the culprits. It can't be spark plugs and filter as both are brand new.
Please help

Fyk bro is thare will any improvement in the performance of my corolla gli 2005 model if i replace tomasetto lovato new sip 4 basic with tomasetto lovato new sip 4 plus? and what is the difference in both ?

I have been owning this Corolla for almost a year but it is not still able to run on CNG . I have installed a simple Landirenzo Kit , which doesn't have Lamda attached to it , But i had installed the same kit on my 2007 corolla which went perfect . So i come to my conclusion that what should i install to make its preformance on CNG better , and secondally are toyota motors offering CNG installation on non-factory fitted CNG corollas at the moment ? and is it feasible to go for toyota motor CNG ?

i have new alto. there's a cng problem in it.after getting full cylendar if it moves continuously then first point drops at 75 to 80 km. but if i turn off engine after 40 km for at-least 30 min then first point drops.same scenario with other 3 points. can any body please guide me about this problem.

I just drained my CNG kit and cylinder with oil, and i make sure not 1 drop left in kit n cylinder.

but when i fixed back everything and started car after verifying there is no gas leakage. It was not smooth on idle, than i adjusted the knob for idle speed on clockwise n now it seems to be fine.

Should i go to mechanic for CNG proper tune up or its fine.

and also, my 1000cc Santro gives me 135- 140 Avg on full cylinder. Is that fine ?

Toyota Corona 4AFE automatic gives 80-85km in a full 55L cylinder
The kit is landirenzo while emulater/advancer is tamesseto Lovato new cip4
would there be any increase in mileage if i change the advancer to landi renzo STAP 100 ?
