CNG related problems

This the gas flow adjustment solenoid valve used in efi vehicle,while engine is running on cng keep the rpm at about 2500 rpm through accelerator valve lever on which accelerator wire is connected, and it is attached with throttle body,then turn this screw clock wise or anti clock wise,where u get maximum acceleration left this screw there.

Can it be damaged if we turn more then required anticlockwise or clockwise and will it be not stopping gas while engine running on petrol if it is not set accordingly, i was searching on internet for the internal working of this valve but could not find any thing related to internal structure or working of this valve.

I have suzuki Alto 2004, and I have run this car 50000 km in 3 yrs n its total odm is 110000, I never ever tune up this car n its give me 230km on highway on 55l cyldr n 200 in city, I think un necessary tuning is not appropriate unless its important to required.

I have Santro Club 07, I have similar problem, while driving CNG lights starts blinking and engine starts running on petrol, after some time(may vary from 1 t0 15 min drive) it fixed and engine converted back to CNG automatically, this happens for days, and sometime works fine for few days... not consistent.
I have done the complete CNG service, removing oil from cylinder etc. but could not fix this issue, any suggestion?

Bro, i have recently over hauled my Alto 2007 engine, before that it was working perfect on cng. for the safty purpose i turn off the cylnder volve gauge and after all work done, i filled CNG and get my kit settings.

Now, my car runs fine on petrol and even CNG kit setting is done but I am facing some wierd problem. After converting to CNG after couple on miters CNG lights immediatly drop from 4 bar to red and car got stopped. So i need to convert directly to petrol but problem presist everytime i try to use CNG.

I am not sure why this is doing now, suspectidly CNG switch problem but why it is doing now after over hauling, thu my car battery is faulty and need to replace but feel like this is not related to battery.

Kindly help!!!!!!

Cng conversion switch has gone out of order,replace it.Intermittent power supply and insufficient current can destroy the switch.

I have civic 90 with non Italian CNG regulator and having very minor missing issues with car and also sometimes the car stalls whike driving..A couple of CNG guys asked me to change the regulator to landirenzo so found this for sale with a guy.so i would like to have some info b4 i buy.
What kind of regulator is it? genuine italian?are there different kind of regulator which cause diff in performance and mileage? Will it improve mileage and performance?
he is asking 6500 for regulator,pressure guage and switch so is it fair price for it.
Pls let me know asp as i have to get it done asap.

Problem as you quoted is not because of cng regulator,It is related to a weak ignition system, it could be because of faulty spark plug,ignition cable,defective rotor or distributor cap,and a weak ignition coil.

Chenged the regulator from lovato to landirenzo,,,big plus how the car is performing:) now the only issue is that the car stalls most of he time at CNG and rpms are unstable and when converted at petrol the rpm jumps from 800 to 1500,,,,they guy asked to get the carburator service.....went to get carb serviced, got butterfly,carb body, diaphram and other parts service.drove the car with a bit improvement on petrol but still the problem lies that the car stalls sometimes...
At CNG the rpm was set to 1000rpm but when i drove a little, rpm came down to 500rpm at traffic signal and car stalls..
Where shall i start searching the problem? or is it just a matter of proper CNG tuning?

no matter where i set rpm on cng from carburator ,after a while the rpm comes back arounf 500rpm or the engine stalls....the car starts, runs and everything is working very smoothly on petrol..
