I would Select A mint ST and run it on BT ECU on MAP And Fine Tune It With Piggyback.
For You I Said 5AFE/4AFE/7AFE....Easy To Swap......Do Keep In Mind That Some Of 7AFE's have Oil Consumption issue....but its torque is matchless
