The fuel cut circuit on these toyotas is latched from the MAF sensor. Because the dumbasses who do "tasalee buksh" swap have no idea of this - they assume that it should work like honda 2 second prime - so they just hot wire it.
its very easy to prime the fuel system on this toyota for first start after fuel rail disconnect.
just unplug the starter solenoid and twist key to start for 2 seconds. cycle back to lock, connect solenoid back and the engine will start in first attempt.
