You need to contact someone who has a deeper level scan tool, you also need to make sure the ltft readjngs you see are not lying to you due to a weak maf etc.
The trims are read at various ranges of rpm over a drive cycle of 100 times.
Sometimes the afr sensor doesnt report correct and the ecu may show you the correct trims but in reality everything is out of whack (seen it quite a lot as toyota ecus are pretty stupid anyway and it takes a great deal lot of “out of range for them to report performance issues)
