A month back, I got transferred my City 2007 from DHA office. I took a computer token no. from the reception. There are 4-5 windows. The token no. displays and you get in the procedure.
My case was also the same as mentioned by @unstopabl3 . The MRA accepted the old transfer deed which I filled my self and got prepared the file from outside the office in Rs.50/-.
The office charged me Rs.300/- more for a new transfer deed but the concerned official did not asked me to get signed a new deed.
The rest of the charges were of Passport Book Rs.500/-, Registration fee Rs.2000/-. Total Rs.2800/-
They provided me two receipts one of Rs.300/- and the second Rs.2500/-.
The only hurdle will be token that should be paid/updated.
The physical presence of mine and the seller (who owned the open letter i.e.Signed transfer deed from the original owner) was shown to the ETO. He did not asked any question. They give me time of 04 days and I collected the book without interference of any Agent there.
