On a serious note the EFI Cultus is faster than the 3 cyl. 1.0L Vitz.
Ofcourse there is no match between the build quality of Vitz and Cultus but Cultus EFI is faster than 3 cyl. 1.0L Vitz.

Chevrolet Joy/Exclusive is quite comfortable.
Never drove it so cant say much that which car is faster.
However I think Cultus EFI should be faster.
