So as raining season has started so I took my cultus out for ride the moment rain started I hit rhe wiper lever in order to drive safely to my surprise wipe completed only one cyle on intermittent mode then they stucked on to screen I even tried to hit slow and fast nothing happened. So this thing scareed me and rushly took my car to home so that I can be safe avoid rainy drive so after arriving home I check they were working but slowly when I raise them instead of resting on windscreen. So I got worried and thought that my motor has gone bad so I popped the hood and touched motor I was burning hot this thinf confirmed me that motor is bad but rhen I decided to YouTube what the heck could be wrong after searching I saw video having similar issue I watched that video complete and came to know that they need service because the mechanism that rotates wiper could have full rust that have jammed they system. So today I decided to open mine too so procedure was so simple I remove wiper nuts and removed the plastic grill that is placed on duct between windshield and hood then 4 bolts holding wiper mechanism I removed those it became loose. Then I removed the arm bolt which was bolt to moter and voila all the mechanism freed up so I slide it out from one of the holes in the duct. I got surprised they way they were stucked and one was jammed like someone glue it and other was just moving but not freely So it took me and hours to gently pull it out from moving cylinder which was made of plasetic I was making sure that it shouldn't be broken while removing I tried everything thing brake oil, WD40, thinner bur nothinf worked but ended up hitting it wirh hanmer thankfully didn't beoke anything but ended up with destroyed bolt head which became painful while fitting in the end. So after real hard work those plastic moving cylinder in which this below show rod moves.
When I separated it from plastic part look the amount of rust on this rod.
Because the amount of rust was too much so I decided to file it and restored them back to working position. Check the cleaned one.
Look and my hand and have an Idea how dirty mechanism was.
Rust from only one part.
So after cleaning I greased them properly and put back weather seals etc and fitted them back to car and to my surprise they were working as new and fast. In the end hard work pays off.
Here is the plastic part I was talking about.
And here are the other details of plastic part read from top to bottom.
