If the compressor trips on engine load, then the connection is okay (not bypassed). The amount you mentioned for AC work is reasonable (If it includes compressor).
Yup its including the Compressor 6500/-, does VSS create this type of problem? but everything is normal without AC
yes bro rings needs replacement urgently its emiting dark clouds of smoke now as the dumb non daewoo mech didn't replaced rings when he replaced head gasket after heatup now need to spend again on it. and power and pick is immensely decreased now.bro where in this car fuel filter is located as i think it might need replacement now to save from injectors getting blocked as i couldnot located it in the hood.and thankyou i changed my mind of DIY on engine but can do it on other things...someone took fuel tank cap from where i can get one and might need key adjustment too.bro DEXRON 3 automatic transmission fluid 3 or 4 liter bottle available anywhere?
It is not related to VSS as you already mentioned that everything is normal without AC. It looks more related to the voltage drop with AC ON.
The fuel filter is located on the fuel lines just beside the rear right passenger seat floor.
You can get fuel tank cap from Federal Autos I-10, Korea Autos G-10 or Tahir G-8 and for key adjustment consult a key maker. Regarding the DEXRON transmission fluid, I have no idea for its availability.
